Steelers pass rusher Nick Herbig is inactive after being listed as questionable with a hamstring injury. That likely means rookie Jack Sawyer will see more snaps as a rotational player behind T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith. Other inactives: G Max Scharping, G Andrus Peat, DE Esezi Otomewo and DT Derrick Harmon. Skylar Thompson is the emergency third QB.
