Red Sox say LF Roman Anthony left Monday night's game in Detroit with right wrist discomfort. Interim manager Chad Tracy said imagining on Anthony's wrist came back negative, but he will return to Boston to see the team's hand specialist. Tracy said Anthony had some discomfort on the top of his right hand.
