The Tennessee Titans and DT Jeffery Simmons have agreed to a 3-year extension worth $105.8M with $100M guaranteed, his agents told ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo.
The deal makes Simmons the highest paid DT in NFL history.
