The Cardinals are signing offensive tackle Jedrick Wills off the Bills' practice squad, sources tell NFL Network's Mike Garafolo and Ian Rapoport. The 10th overall pick in 2020 heads to Arizona a day after the team announced that left tackle Paris Johnson Jr. will miss the rest of the season with a torn biceps.
