Chiefs head athletic trainer Rick Burkholder tells reporters that LT Josh Simmons (bulging disc) is going to be placed on IR.
Via Nate Taylor, Burkholder said: "Worked his tail off & diligently every day. However, we feel his plateaued in the rehab process."
