U.S. Soccer announces that Mauricio Pochettino has signed a new contract that will take him through the 2030 World Cup.
“The passion we experienced from the fans throughout the World Cup only strengthened our belief in what is possible here,” said Pochettino.
Pochettino said he would “start from zero” in managing the team this cycle. He also said that gap between the USMNT and the best teams in the world isn’t that big.
"I think to reduce that gap, I think it's possible,” he said.
