Broncos coach Sean Payton on the fake punt the New York Jets ran on a third-and-inches with just over a minute left in the first half Sunday: “I think my wife knew it was going to be a fake.'' Jets running back Breece Hall gained 1 yard off the direct snap, but the Broncos defense did not surrender any points on the drive as the Jets inexplicably let the clock run out three plays later instead of a throw into the endzone.
