Broncos coach Sean Payton liked what he saw from running back R.J. Harvey at the team's rookie minicamp practice Saturday. Harvey got plenty of work in the passing game during the two-hour practice, something the Broncos' decision-makers said after the draft he would be able to do well in the NFL. "Look, the question is going to be is he a three-down back?,'' Payton said. "Well, he's going to play on third down ... there's a lot we can do to suit his strengths.''
