Hall of Famer Peyton Manning when asked Sunday about Demaryius...

Jeff Legwold

Hall of Famer Peyton Manning when asked Sunday about Demaryius Thomas: “When all of y’all asked me, you know, ‘what’s the main reason you came to Denver?’ I’m not sure I gave all y’all all the honest answers back in 2012. Demaryius Thomas was a big reason for it. I never played with a receiver quite like him. I played with Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, unbelievable receivers, but nobody was as big, as powerful, as Demaryius ... It was every bit as good as I thought it would be.''
