It will be one of the major topics Broncos coach Sean Payton will be asked to address Wednesday after the team's first training camp practice, but multiple sources confirmed Tuesday outside linebacker Jonathon Cooper did report to the team's complex with the rest of the veteran players. Cooper, who was arrested twice in a seven-day span in June on domestic violence charges, has an arraignment hearing scheduled for Aug. 31. There is not yet an indication if Cooper will practice during camp.
