The Broncos waived CB Levi Wallace Tuesday -- "never an easy decision,'' coach Sean Payton said. Payton said the Broncos also wanted to prevent RB Blake Watson from being signed off their practice squad by another team and Watson was then promoted to the 53-man roster. Wallace, who struggled mightily in the win over the Cleveland Browns, had been a gameday inactive for the last two games.
