Juan Soto said his forearm is progressing, but he doesn’t have a target date for a return to the outfield. He said he’ll play catch again today and stretch it out to a longer distance.
Soto is starting at DH again tonight. He hasn’t played the outfield since coming off the injured list last week. He said the forearm discomfort doesn’t affect his ability to swing a bat.
