The Carolina Panthers have activated DE Turk Wharton (neck/PUP), RT Taylor Moton (lung/NFI) and RB Trevor Etienne (ankle/IR) from their respective injury lists to the 53-man roster. RB Tre Tyus and CB Robert Rochell have been elevated to the game-day roster from the practice squad.
