Veteran TE Austin Hooper has a concussion, per the Patriots injury report. He would not have practiced Monday if the team held a normal practice. Hooper has played 55.8% of the offensive snaps this season, totaling 13 catches for 174 yards and 1 TD. The Patriots could turn more to No. 3 TE Jack Westover, or possibly elevate C.J. Dippre from the practice squad to add more of a blocking presence.
