The Colts have officially placed WR Alec Pierce on injured reserve as he begins rehab on his re-injured heel. In a corresponding move, Indianapolis promoted WR Anthony Gould to the active roster, then elevated WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for Sunday's game against Houston.
