You've got spirit, yes, you do. In fact, you've got so much damn spirit that you're convinced you are the single most passionate student fan in all of college basketball. (Sorry, Frank Ricard, only students currently enrolled at a two- or four-year institution are eligible here.)

Well, the madness of March has arrived, so it's time to put up or shut up on ESPN.com's Page 2. Over the next four weeks, we're going to canvas every corner of the country and read through thousands of e-mail submissions to find the nation's biggest hoophead. We're going to talk to guys wearing face paint and cozy up to women wearing bikinis in their school colors. And if you're here, you clearly are one of them.

First, let's talk about the loot -- you know, the prize that you'll win if you're chosen as Mr. or Miss Bracket 2006. We're giving our two grand-prize winners a trip to "sports heaven" -- also known as a Mobile ESPN phone, complete with six months of service.

Now, let's talk about what you need to do to win that little slice of heaven. It's pretty simple: First, tell us in 75 words or less why you're the most passionate fan in college hoops. Give us a story about the lengths you've gone to for your squad, describe your pregame routine, detail your annual expenditures on body paint, tell us about how you washed Adam Morrison's car for a month, whatever. (If you want to make our lawyers happy, you can also refer to the full contest rules and read the fine print.)

Then we also need a photo from you ... and you only. You need to be wearing some sort of gear from your school or the school colors, but let it be a picture that captures the true essence of your fandom. (Note: A legal entry is composed of both a photo and an essay. Failure to submit either will void the entry.)

From there, our esteemed judges will pick 64 semifinalists, and ESPN.com readers will vote to whittle those 64 down to 16 finalists.

Those 16 winners will need to produce a two-minute video of them performing the school fight song (move over, Kellie Pickler). Then, we'll put it to another vote of ESPN.com readers to crown Mr. and Miss Bracket just in time for the 2006 Final Four.
