AUGUSTA, Georgia (Ticker) -- Jeff Burgoyne scored an overtime goal as the Pee Dee Pride edged the Augusta Lynx, 4-3. Burgoyne netted his fourth marker of the season 3:40 into the extra session to give Pee Dee the victory. Matt Reid scored the tying goal for the Pride with 2:58 remaining in regulation to help Pee Dee overcome a 3-1 deficit. J.R. Prestifillipo stopped all 16 shots to pick up the win after replacing Sandy Allan after the first period as the Pride improved to 4-3-0 against Augusta this season. Louis Dumont scored twice and had an assist for Augusta, which had its four-game home winning streak snapped. Erasmo Saltarelli suffered the overtime loss, allowing four goals on 46 shots.
