GAME UPDATE
TOLEDO, Ohio (Ticker) -- Kelly Miller's hat trick powered the Toledo Storm to a 5-2 win over the Wheeling Nailers. Miller scored 1:58 into the game and completed his first hat trick of the season with a pair of late third-period goals 38 seconds apart to cap the scoring for Toledo, which snapped a four-game losing streak. Andrew Williamson added his league-leading 48th goal in the third period for a 3-2 Storm lead. Avi Karunaker stopped 17 shots to pick up the win for Toledo, which improved 6-5-0 versus Wheeling this season. Mike Hurley and Jeff Johnstone scored for the Nailers, who lost for the ninth time in 10 games (1-9-0). Joel Laing allowed three goals on 30 shots to take the loss.
