News: 10 hours agoHerro is participating in training camp after undergoing a foot procedure back in April.
Spin: Herro's availability at the start of camp is an encouraging sign after he dealt with injury issues during the 2025-26 campaign. The veteran guard should have an opportunity to ramp up his workload throughout the preseason as Milwaukee prepares for its regular-season opener.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Herro was the centerpiece of the package the Bucks received for trading Giannis Antetokounmpo. Herro averaged more than 20 PPG in each of the last five seasons as a contributor on the Heat, but his upside in Milwaukee could be much higher. On a fully rebuilding Bucks team, Herro has the opportunity to maximize his scoring potential. He should get as many shots as he can handle and likely produce the best scoring and assist volume of his career this season.
