Spin: Podziemski sat out Wednesday's exhibition contest against the Trail Blazers, but the fourth-year pro will be on the court for Saturday's game. He's fresh off signing a five-year, $110 million contract extension that is fully guaranteed.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Podziemski developed into a starting caliber impact player last season, particularly while both Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler III were out with injury. Curry is back, though both veterans are still dealing with their injuries. Podziemski, then, has a chance to build on his success from last season as the assumed starter at shooting guard. Podziemski has the type of cross-category positive production without any glaring weak areas, making him valuable in category leagues.
