News: 3 days agoSuccop drilled field-goal attempts of 45 and 31 yards, missed wide right on a 48-yard try and connected on all three PATs during the Buccaneers' 30-27 loss to the Rams in their NFC divisional-round matchup Sunday.
Spin: Succop's miss came early in the second quarter but loomed large later, considering the Buccaneers' final margin of defeat. The veteran otherwise was productive in the season-ending loss and drilled nine of his 10 postseason kicks following a reasonably successful regular season in which he posted the second-highest point tally of his career (131). Succop is under contract for 2022 at a cap hit of $4 million, but if the Tampa Bay offense is helmed by a quarterback other than Tom Brady, the 35-year-old could see his fantasy value take a hit.
