ESPN Fantasy Projection: Believe it or not, Tannehill has finished as a top-12 fantasy QB each of the past two seasons. However, we saw a pretty large step back in his production in 2021. Tannehill fell from 33 passing TDs in 2020 to 21 last season, while his INTs doubled (seven to 14) and his sack total nearly did as well (24 to 47). He finished 15th in fantasy PPG after top-10 showings the prior two seasons. Tannehill suffers a bit from Tennessee's extremely run-heavy offense, though he's made up some ground with seven rushing TDs each of the last two seasons. Especially with A.J. Brown gone, Tannehill is best viewed as a QB2 and won't be anything more than an occasional streaming option in most formats.
