News: 1 day agoHarris caught all three of his targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 24-9 loss to the Rams.
Spin: After missing Week 6 with a hamstring injury, Harris was healthy coming out of the Week 7 bye but played pretty clearly behind both Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston against the Rams. Harris ran just 20 routes to McConkey's 34 and Johnston's 30. Harris would see a big boost if Johnston gets traded ahead of next week's deadline.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Harris is a Year 2 breakout candidate after flashing in a limited role as a rookie. The 2025 second-round pick quietly played 49% of the Chargers' offensive snaps, but he spent a lot of that blocking and was limited to an 8% target share. Harris is likely to open the 2026 season behind Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston, but with Keenan Allen gone, his competition for No. 3 duties is 2025 fifth-round pick KeAndre Lambert-Smith and rookie Brenen Thompson. A potential starter in new playcaller Mike McDaniel's offense, the 24-year-old Harris is an intriguing late-round sleeper.
