The Seahawks claimed CB Derion Kendrick off waivers from the Rams Wednesday and released veteran CB Shaquill Griffin to make room. GM John Schneider said Griffin will be back "for sure." Kendrick (25, 6-0/199) played in 32 games with 18 starts over his first two seasons before a torn ACL sidelined him for all of 2024. He had 14 PDs in that span and one interception, picking off Drew Lock in Rams win over Seattle. Said Schneider: “He’s a competitor. Really nice mover. Really good ball skills.”
