Former Arkansas State quarterback Jaylen Raynor has committed to Iowa State, he told ESPN. Raynor has started 36 games and accounted for 9,877 yards of total offense and 67 touchdowns in his career. Raynor has one season of eligibility remaining. He’ll re-join former Arkansas State OC Keith Heckendorf, who is the new Iowa State QB coach. He’s a key building block as new Cyclones coach Jimmy Rogers deals with a roster overhaul.
