Michigan announces that they will appeal the NCAA COI ruling on the Connor Stalions advanced scouting case. Michigan is set to pay more than $30 million in fines and faces four years of probation. Michigan: "We will appeal this decision to ensure a fair result, and we will consider all other options.”
