Kansas State and former men’s basketball coach Jerome Tang are finalizing a settlement agreement, per ESPN sources, which will pay him $12 million between now and end of 2027. Kansas State attempted to fire Tang for cause last year. He was owed $18.7 million. While Tang never filed suit, a settlement of some kind was inevitable. Tang, now Baylor’s associate head coach, was under contract through the 2030-31 season.
