Texas wide receiver Parker Livingstone intends to enter the NCAA transfer portal, he tells ESPN. Livingstone finished his redshirt freshman season with 516 yards receiving and six receiving touchdowns. He’ll have three years of eligibility remaining. He led Texas by averaging 17.8 yards per catch this season.
