President Trump issues an executive order "with the goal of establishing an exclusive window for the Army-Navy Game, during which no other college football game is broadcast." Per the order: Secretary of Commerce and the Chairman of the FCC shall coordinate with the CFP Committee, the NCAA, related organizations, other appropriate Government agencies to ensure that goal. CFP expansion "threatens to encroach upon the second Saturday in December," which is the game's current date.
