Michigan defeats UConn to win the program’s first national title since 1989 and second in men’s basketball in school history. Elliot Cadeau led Michigan with 19 points and Yaxel Lendeborg fought through a left knee and ankle sprain to score 13 points. This marks the Big Ten’s first men’s hoops national title since 2000.
