ESPN Fantasy Projection: Leclerc entered 2019 as an exciting closer option after posting a 1.56 ERA and a 38.1 K% the season prior. Things didn't go as planned, however, as a poor start saw him lose the ninth-inning role by the end of April. An up-and-down season didn't end terribly, though, as he regained the closing job in the second half and finished with 14 saves, a respectable -- given his home park -- 4.33 ERA and a 33.4 K%. Leclerc again enters the year as an interesting lower-tier closing option, especially given the lack of obvious alternatives in the Rangers' bullpen, but the added year of shaky performance makes him a bigger risk than he was previously. If things go wrong again this season, command is likely to be a culprit, as Leclerc recorded a 13.0 BB% last season and has a 14.9 BB% over his career.
