Spin: Flagg didn't play in Wednesday's meeting with the Pelicans but will be on the floor to close out the preseason. The 19-year-old appeared in two preseason games, averaging 16.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks over 22.1 minutes per contest.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Flagg is coming off a Rookie of the Year campaign but has the potential for major improvements in Year 2. Last season, then-head coach Jason Kidd experimented with Flagg at point guard, an added level of difficulty for a rookie already making the transition to the highest level. This season, new coach Dusty May and returning point guard Kyrie Irving should put Flagg in more advantageous positions to attack defenses. His stats should increase across the board, giving him fantasy upside as high as top-10.
