ESPN Fantasy Projection: It's not often that a player realizes his potential in his fifth NFL season, but that was exactly what happened for Parker last season. After failing to post a single top-50 campaign while totaling nine touchdowns during his first four seasons in Miami, Parker exploded for a 72-1,202-9 receiving line in his first year working with Brian Flores. He ended up as fantasy's No. 11 WR and finished top five in routes run, receiving yards and touchdowns. The 27-year-old has first-round pedigree and had suffered through several injuries, so the leap wasn't a major shock, but we also should proceed with caution in 2020. Miami's top offensive target is safest when targeted as a WR3.
