ESPN Fantasy Projection: Hooper is entering his second season in Cleveland after failing to manage a top-20 fantasy campaign in 2020. The 2016 third-round pick had finished sixth in fantasy points in both 2018 and 2019 and actually averaged a career-high 19% target share in 2020, but Cleveland's early-season run-first scheme severely limited his volume and production. Hooper was primarily used as a short-area target (6.8 aDOT), which limited him to a career-low 6.3 YPT, and failed to clear four TDs for the fourth time in five seasons. Hooper did finish strong with three consecutive top-eight fantasy weeks as Cleveland opened up the passing game, so there's some sleeper appeal here. Consider him a late-round flier.
