ESPN Fantasy Projection: Johnson was limited to 46 touches during his first two NFL seasons prior to being vaulted onto the fantasy radar in 2021. The 2019 UDFA was limited to only the occasional touch during most of last season, but he was essentially handed the keys to the backfield during three weeks in which Nick Chubb was out/limited. Johnson was impressive, reaching 24 touches, 130 yards and 20 fantasy points in all three games. The 26-year-old sports a 5.3 YPC (2.2 YAC) on 137 career carries and has been a factor as a receiver as well. Johnson has zero standalone value as long as Chubb and Kareem Hunt are active, but he'll be a priority waiver add if ever called upon for another spot start.
