ESPN Fantasy Projection: Buffalo's offense exploded into a pass-heavy, high-scoring juggernaut in 2020, but Knox was one of the few players who failed to benefit. The 2019 third-round pick was on the field for 60% of the snaps during 15 active weeks (including three playoff games), but was limited to 3.7 targets per game. Knox's usage did increase down the stretch, but he still failed to post a weekly fantasy finish better than 10th (his best-career fantasy week was seventh in Week 3 of 2019). In Knox's defense, a TE-high 33% of balls thrown his way were off target and his 6.8 RAC was second-best at the position. A leap to the TE1 mix seems unlikely, but the 24-year-old is worth monitoring as a deep sleeper.
