News: 1 day agoCorum produced 42 yards on nine carries and reeled in both of his targets for 18 yards and one touchdown during Sunday's 18-16 loss against the Cardinals.
Spin: Corum was only two touches behind the Rams' clear lead RB Kyren Williams, which marked the second-smallest gap between the two in a game this season. Moreover, Corum took advantage of Sunday's slightly expanded workload by reaching the end zone for the second time in as many contests. So far, his 56 touches have equated to 314 yards from scrimmage and two TDs, and he'll aim for another somewhat even split with Williams next Sunday at Las Vegas.
ESPN Fantasy Projection: Corum has spent his first two NFL seasons as Kyren Williams' backup, and that's expected to be the case again in 2026. The 2024 third-round NFL draft pick played well in the role last season, averaging a healthy 5.1 yards per carry (seventh among RBs) and scoring six touchdowns on 145 carries. However, Corum played only 29% of the Rams' snaps and remained a nonfactor as a receiver (36 yards on 14 targets). The 25-year-old has no standalone fantasy value, but he's an elite insurance stash, as he'd launch into the fringe-RB1 mix in the Rams' high-powered offense should Williams miss time.
