ESPN Fantasy Projection: Burks was selected by Tennessee with the 18th overall pick of April's draft. The Arkansas product is big and fast with strong hands and can align all over the field. He handled a hefty 32% target share and led this year's rookie class in yards per route run in 2021. He aligned in the slot 77% of the time during his three seasons, primarily working as a deep threat in his first year before shining as a short-range, RAC weapon the last two seasons. Burks ran a solid 4.55 40-yard dash at 225 pounds (heaviest in the class) at the combine. With A.J. Brown gone, Robert Woods is the Titans' clear No. 1 WR, but Burks very well could pick up a huge target share as a rookie if he develops well. The Titans' run-heavy offense will limit his ceiling a bit, but Burks is a fine bench target.
