Spin: Coleman suffered a sprained right foot/toe during the Bills' preseason opener against the Panthers this past Saturday, when he caught three passes (on four targets) for 17 yards and a touchdown in a 29-14 win. Coleman will be joined by DJ Moore, Khalil Shakir (undisclosed), Joshua Palmer and Skyler Bell (lower body) on the sidelines for Saturday's exhibition contest, leaving Mecole Hardman, Trent Sherfield and Dante Pettis as the Bills' top pass catchers

ESPN Fantasy Projection: So far, so bust for Coleman, who has struggled to make an impact after being selected 33rd overall in the 2024 draft. After flashing in a situational deep-threat role as a rookie (15.0 aDOT), Coleman saw more high percentage looks in 2025 (11.2 aDOT). That led to a much better catch rate (from 51% to 66%), but a big dip in yardage (19.2 YPR to 10.9). Coleman has yet to emerge as a reliable, full-time starter and was even a healthy scratch at times last season. Perhaps the 23-year-old will make a Year 3 leap with Joe Brady now running the show, but he'll have his hands full overtaking DJ Moore and Khalil Shakir atop the depth chart. Coleman is only worth a late flier in deeper leagues.
