News: 17 hours agoBell did not catch his only target Sunday in a Week 2 loss to San Francisco.

Spin: Bell was unable to make an impact, but that was in line with most of Miami's passing game, as QB Malik Willis threw for only 120 yards outside of a 77-yard touchdown to Ryan Miller during garbage time. Bell logged 24 of the Dolphins' 59 offensive snaps, ranking a distant third among team's wideouts behind Malik Washington (55) and Caleb Douglas (51). Douglas suffered an ankle injury late in the contest, however, and he's uncertain to be able to suit up in Week 3 against Kansas City. If he ends up being sidelined, Bell could move up a notch in the WR pecking order.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Bell was selected by the Dolphins in the third round of April's draft. The heaviest receiver in this rookie class at 222 pounds, Bell is a perimeter, possession target who increased his production in each of his four seasons at Louisville. That includes a 72-917-6 receiving line in 11 games last season, though he did tear his ACL in December. The injury could lead to a slow start to his NFL career, but considering he's joining a Miami offense devoid of playmakers, he also has a path to pacing the team in targets as a rookie. Bell could find his way to fantasy relevance if healthy and if Malik Willis plays well, but there are enough concerns that he's only worth a late flier.
