News: 1 day agoBell caught three of his four targets for 25 yards in the Dolphins' 28-25 win over the Jets on Sunday.

Spin: The third-round rookie played 31 offensive snaps and five special-teams snaps in the contest. Bell was in on 48 percent of the Dolphins' offensive plays and saw the second-most targets behind tight end Greg Dulcich (five).

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Bell was selected by the Dolphins in the third round of April's draft. The heaviest receiver in this rookie class at 222 pounds, Bell is a perimeter, possession target who increased his production in each of his four seasons at Louisville. That includes a 72-917-6 receiving line in 11 games last season, though he did tear his ACL in December. The injury could lead to a slow start to his NFL career, but considering he's joining a Miami offense devoid of playmakers, he also has a path to pacing the team in targets as a rookie. Bell could find his way to fantasy relevance if healthy and if Malik Willis plays well, but there are enough concerns that he's only worth a late flier.
