ESPN Fantasy Projection: Few players in the NHL have been as consistent as Kempe in recent years. In fact, he's finished with exactly 73 points in 81 games in each of the past two seasons. The fact he was able to reach those levels in the recently completed campaign despite his lack of power-play production is remarkable. Kempe managed just a dozen points with the man advantage. This is a guy that had 27 power-play points as recently as the 2023-24 season. The good news is that the addition of Artemi Panarin should help the numbers of every Los Angeles skater. Given his surroundings and massive usage, the Swede looks like a potential value pick in fantasy formats this fall.
