When the St. Louis Blues won the Stanley Cup, it was pretty much guaranteed they’d visit the Anheuser-Busch Brewery. That’s where they were on Friday night, signing their names on Tank 104 in the brewery where Bud Light’s “Gloria Brew” – a special run commemorative beer created in honor of their championship – is held. In case you were wondering how much juice could be squeezed from the Blues’ victory song, Anheuser-Busch said they will be playing "Gloria" by Laura Branigan on repeat, 24/7 for the entire brewing process, having “placed mammoth headphones on the brewery tank to ensure that every note is absorbed to its fullest.” OK then. Once ready, the beer will be poured into limited-edition championship packs that will be released later this year.
