ESPN Fantasy Projection: A year removed from an injury-plagued campaign which saw him appear in just 30 games, Barzal missed just a single contest for the Islanders last season. He finished with 19 goals and 72 points in 81 appearances, topping the 50-assist mark (53) for the third time in his career. Barzal added 20 points with the man advantage, the third time in five seasons he's reached such a number. Much more of a playmaker than finisher, Barzal gets a bump in fantasy leagues which place an extra emphasis on helpers. Regardless, the 29-year-old projects as a reasonable mid-round selection in any format this coming fall.
