Fantasy Hockey
ESPN Fantasy Projection: On the surface, it appears as if Kaprizov had a bit of a disappointing 2022-23 season. His 40 goals and 75 points were a far cry from the 47 goals and 108 points he posted two years ago, but it's worth noting he missed nearly a month late in the year with a lower-body injury. There were plenty of other positives. Kaprizov's 32 points with the man advantage were a new high-water mark, and he also managed to pot 40 goals for a second consecutive season despite the fact his shooting percentage dropped from 16.3 percent to 15.3 percent. One of the most naturally gifted players in the NHL, Kaprizov, who is still just 26 years old, should again threaten the century mark in scoring if he can make it through the 2023-24 campaign in one piece.
