ESPN Fantasy Projection: Faber had 15 goals last season, tying him with Pittsburgh's Erik Karlsson for tenth-most amongst NHL rearguards. His 51 points, plus-18 rating, and 173 shots on goal in 80 games were all career-best marks. Predictably, the addition of Quinn Hughes to the Minnesota lineup in December resulted in Faber's power-play production tanking. The fact he managed 11 points with the man advantage has to be considered a huge plus when you take into account his average time on ice per game a man up dipped to 1:04, down from 2:14 the campaign prior. What we saw last season (which included 148 blocks) is probably Faber's ceiling from a fantasy standpoint unless Hughes misses extended time.
