Morton leave it late
Morton kept their title hopes alive in dramatic circumstances with two last-gasp goals giving them a 2-1 win over lowly Ayr.Declan McManus headed in seconds before the start of stoppage time before Ross Forbes secured all three points with the winner in the second minute of time added on.Morton had been heading for a third successive defeat following Jon-Paul McGovern's free-kick but the late turnaround keeps them a point behind leaders Stranraer.In the first half Robert Crawford headed over for the visitors before Ayr goalkeeper David Hutton pulled off a fine save to deny Michael Miller.The visitors went ahead eight minutes after the break when McGovern's free-kick from the edge of the area found the net.But Morton fought back dramatically with McManus heading in Thomas O'Ware's cross before Forbes arrowed an effort into the bottom corner from 20 yards.
