Cowdenbeath's resurgence continued with a third straight win that eased their relegation fears as substitute Chris Kane struck with five minutes to go in a 2-1 victory over bottom club Brechin.The hosts had led inside 35 seconds but needed Kane's late contribution to make sure of the points having been pegged back with 20 minutes remaining.Greig Spence gave the Blue Brazil the perfect start with a close-range finish moments after the contest, which passed an 11am pitch inspection, kicked off.
