Anthony Koura cancelled out Jeremy Menez's opener for the hosts to halt a three-match losing run, although Nancy are still without a win in six league games.

Bordeaux, themselves without a victory in four outings, would have taken an early lead but for some goal-line heroics from Koura to repel Igor Lewczuk's header.

Vincent Marchetti drew a decent save from Cedric Carrasso before Menez latched on to a Jaroslav Plasil pass to score with a low shot after 55 minutes.

Koura equalised in the 74th minute with an angled shot that struck both posts before going into the net.
