Pachuca v Dallas
Pachuca scores late winner to defeat FC Dallas in CONCACAF Champions League semi
Pachuca have booked their place in the CONCACAF Champions League final after a dramatic 3-1 victory over FC Dallas at the Estadio Hidalgo on Tuesday night.
Hirving Lozano's second goal of the night, struck from long-range in the 92nd minute, was enough to secure a 4-3 aggregate win for the Liga MX side.
Franco Jara had the hosts in front at half-time, and when Lozano struck with 10 minutes left, the tie appeared to be done and dusted.
Cristian Colman dragged FCD back into the match with an well-taken goal in the 86th minute, setting up a grandstand finish.
Pachuca were not to be denied, however, with Lozano's injury-time goal dealing a cruel blow to Dallas keeper Chris Seitz, who had been excellent all night.
Pachuca will face the winners of Wednesday's other CCL semifinal, where Tigres hold a 2-0 aggregate lead over the Vancouver Whitecaps.
